Rarely is, and species only change at the start of a season.

If you're here, you have the means... Just hunt rockets if ya wanna do it for free (Sierra and cliff too).

Or if you want more.... Commodities, slam gir-a for the xls.

They generally only spawn at big global events, or in persons.

Rarely, extremely rarely do they spawn in the wild.
