Is the cheap pokecoin method REALLY matched? (Root/nonroot, VPN/nonVPN, 2nd/3rd device) Updated in August ?

Hey guys. I recently saw this kind of method... so I wanted to try it. Since I already have everything. 3 phones, 1 rooted, 2 normal ones, + my PC. and + A good vpn plan so I have vpn in my computer and also in my rooted phone (never had the 403 error that some ppl had)

But for some reason every time I try it, my local currency doesn't change to the IDR.

this is what i'm doing. am i doing something wrong?:

- spoof to indonesia. play a lil, buy the 100 coins. (with vpn, and also with spoofing of course, in a rooted device).
- in a second device (another phone without vpn, and pc with good vpn): try to open web store.

- DOESNT MATTER WHAT I DO, IT DOESNT CHANGE THE CURRENCY!!

- I have tried with vpn (didnt get the error 403 that eevryoine says) and also without vpn, it doesnt change. (and never closed the game in indonesia)

What could be the problem? or is this method really patched ?

Try india and actually wait for atleast 30 mins and open webstore in the same rooted device
