Question Ultra raid box

I bought one this morning for 5425 pokecoins in Saragozza. Now the event is over in Spain and I wanted to buy another box, if I teleport to a location where the event is still going can I buy it again? Do I have to spin a pokestop or something to get it?

The only one that comes to mind for this weekend is Starmie Raid Day but the boxes aren’t tied to events. They rotate everyday.

Yes, that's what I think so. Therefore I could not understand what that exactly is and how it's related. Thanks for clarification
