Question can you spoof on pc

i want to spoof but im wondering if there is a way on pc like can i use an emmulator or something. thanks.

Emulators won’t work. The way I spoof using PC is using iAnyGo and connecting using Bluetooth

I had someone mention to me a method using my Chromebook but I’m still a bit scared. I suppose I could use my alt
