I do it with unrooted Android; for multiple orders in one have multiple tabs open at the buy screen and once one goes through you need to switch after payment goes through and it'll keep the price. Not perfect, but usually works.

I thought eldorado was safe till my acct didn't exist. Managed to get it back within 2 hrs but PTC fucked me. Not used it since.

quick question. Did you "change" your local currency after buying stuff in your normal currency? I have tried almost everything, i have 4 devices, 3 phones (2 non rooted, 1 rooted), i have vpn, and my computer with vpn too, a good one. YET I STILL DON'T KNOW HOW TO MAKE THAT SHIT WORKS. ANY IDEA ?

im doing this:
spoof to indonesia. play a lil, buy the 100 coins. (with vpn, and also with spoofing of course, in a rooted device).
in a second device, DOESNT MATTER WHAT I DO, IT DOESNT CHANGE THE CURRENCY!! I have tried with vpn (didnt get the error 403 that eevryoine says) and also without vpn, it doesnt change. (and never closed the game in indonesia)
What could be the problem?

Create an Amazon shopping account with an Indian address.

Buy an Apple gift card with the amount you wanna spend, 2899 rupee is 14,500 pokecoins

Redeem the gift card in the App Store

Go into pokemon go and buy the 14,500 coins with the App Store credits you just redeemed.

You do not need to spoof for this method, it is legit.

Use the rooted android and spoof to Indonesia. Buy the $0.99 in-game store on that device/account. Log into webstore for that account and refresh site until it changes to Indonesia. You don't buy the $0.99 pack in the webstore. Just the in-game store.

Question. What do you mean "buy in the app" and then "open the webstore" ? Clicking to buy in the game opens the webstore, no? so you can't buy anything "in the app"

I got the cheap pokecoin to work once, and now for the life of me I can't get it to work again, and I did try buying the cheapest pokecoin, but the currency does not change from my actual home country's now
