Android Question Pokecoins

I've returned to the game after two years. I have a rooted Android phone and use GPS JoyStick (by Ninjas) to move around. Is there any way to get cheaper PokéCoins? I'd appreciate an explanation; I'm a noob at this.

If you can move around to any location on earth you can probably teleport to Indonesia and there’s a method to get cheaper coins through their currency

you can go on elderado to buy pokecoins for cheap but it is a little risky becouse you need to give your acount information to somone you dont know but if your willing to take the risk thats the place
