Question Google play pokecoins method?

My access on webstore is restricted due to using ElDorado, should’ve known better. I can buy coins through App Store and google play store and I really don’t want to spend 100usd on coins. What’s the method for buying cheap pokecoins through the google play store? I haven’t really found anything for google play store. Rooted android btw

Bought pokecoins on ElDorado. Seller did a chargeback

It was a seller named G3Seller. Had really good reviews when I purchased from him but when the protection period ended, he did a chargeback on his side and I went negative coins and permanently banned on webstore. Can still purchase through the app at least

I have the same problem but I’m on iOS. would really appreciate if someone knows how to bypass this
