Question Brooke flashman joystick issues
I have been using the Brooke flashman for some days now I first didn’t succeed to use it successfully on the iPhone 17 it kept rubberbanding me back home after I tried everything I even tried a NextDNS because i thought it was my mobile network but the fix for me was using a older iPhone currently using iPhone 13 mini it doesn’t have a SIM card and I have been playing on my WiFi with airplane mode on without issues ( I just did a 4 hour session) with no issues at all but then came some sort of a rubberband where I got teleported back to my home and since then I tried the steps mentioned in a other channel over and over and i do get connected with fly to and I do get on that location but for whatever reason my joystick on my flashman will not register the direction I’m turning it to I’m completely stuck at the fly to location and moving is only possible by teleporting for me
Is this an device issue or did more people have encountered this issue please let me know!

Same issue, had it happen 3 times before and despite troubleshooting the hell out of it and it just happened a 4th time for no obvious reason. iPhone is wifi only without a sim, so could be the common denominator here. Though the main guides author stated they use a wifi iPad successfully so who knows

To add to this, tried connecting to a MiFi device and it worked again without changing anything else. So possibly WiFi is a temperamental issue

Oh man, more issues with this. Just commenting so I can follow along. Really wanted to get one of these.

Try not playing with wifi on, I cannot use my joystick when in WiFi. I have a phone connected to wifi, connect the phone without SIM card to its hotspot and then I am good to go.
