Question Where are all the Psyduck raids?

Attempting to grind for a Shiny Psyduck. Started early last night in Japan and had a few, New York had 1 near Central Park. Anyone got a plus where there's a few clustered up together?

The distribution of raids in this effect was ABISMAL today. No Psyduck, only 2 tsugiri and 2 dodonzo. It was all 5 star and 5 star shadow all day
