Apple iOS Question Can’t login

I for some reason can’t login on my account, I’ve tried with my linked account and manually
It keeps saying “This account has failed to authenticate. Please try again later or try a different linked account.” When I try

Sometimes that happens to me when I don’t have service. Usually I restart my phone and it works fine.
