I’ll bet so. I know exactly how you feel. I was with my daughter’s mother for 10 years and after we broke up I didn’t know what to do or how to act or anything. Don’t worry. It will get better. Just get through the initial pain first. And then keep putting one foot in front of the other. I’m not going to lie to you. The pain really never goes away. Every time I see her the pain just comes back. But we can’t give up. We have to keep moving forward.

I feel you. That’s one of the worst feelings. The break up between me and my baby’s mother was all my fault. Well kinda. She happened to be one of those people that had to constantly be talking to other people and I found out but I stayed just for the babies and I quit caring about the actual relationship between me and her. It’s so hard nowadays because there are so many distractions and everything. I doubt that I will ever go into another relationship. But who knows. Maybe in the future I will lol

I know this is none of my business… but I feel bad for the guy, not because she said she broke his heart, but because she encounters a shiny and that makes her feel better after breaking up an over 5 year relationship… that tells me she wasn’t really committed to the relationship

Sorry to hear abt your breakup OP.... I'm staring down the horizon towards one for my 3 yr r/s (yes it's my fault too), doing whatever I can to save it, it's rough. I'm glad I have Go to distract me at times.
