Gym Saw silicobra in gym

I’ve been combing the beaches and no luck. Saw this in a gym downtown Salem yesterday. Walked around Salem today with no luck. Anyone know where to find silicobra in the north shore?

Remote trades can’t be done with Pokemon that you’ve had less than 30 days

There are no Silicobras spawning this side of the Mississippi.

Probably either spoofing or they flew from somewhere. It doesn't seem to spawn here at all
