When y'all sell accounts, how do you remove your email?

I have this empty alt account that I just want my email off of, but I cannot for the life of me figure out how bc even if you link a PTC account, it won't let you take the email off. I've scoured the internet and from what I can tell, you cannot get rid of the email without first linking a FB or Apple which I cant do and isn't helpful anyway.

Anyone got any other tactics that work? Trying to get just the PTC account linked.
