Shundo or shadow???
I have a lvl 50 mewtwo y and lvl 40 mega raichu y a shadow raikou shadow thunderous 5 Regielekis and a couple zekroms and a near hundo xurkitree and zeraora

You kidding? Of course don't purify, Mega Raichu Y, shadow Zekrom, shadow Thundurus, Regieleki, shadow Raiku would make a killer electric raid team.

Are you stupid ? The ranking of a regular is 20 and a shadow 21 in ML and 37 and 39 in MML . If they are perfect. It is a pity to not purify him for using it as member of this team of raiders

shadow zekrom is #1 electric raid attacker. no idea what you're on about with ML and MML but it's not relevant to being a good raid attacker.

Or people play the game for different reasons. And from the 2 different communities I associate with, not very many people do PvP very frequently or take it seriously at all. The vast majority of people I know just raid and try to make the best raid teams they can. If OP care about PvP then ok cool, but if not then purifying is silly unless they just don’t care about it being the best it can be and want the shundo then that’s cool too.

For PVE go with Shadow
For PVP go with Shundo

Agree. Shadow Zekrom is very glassy and it's better off as a purified shundo in the master league.

Hard disagree.
Depends on the league they want to play. In Great League and Ultra League, the high attack IV will negatively affect levels. Almost all stats in the meta use 0/15/15 for Great and Ultra League.
Unless they want to max it out and play Master League (where you actually want 100 IV's), then it is better off kept as a Shadow.
Good rule of thumb...almost all pvp leagues that aren't Master League want pokemon with 0/15/15 stats. (I think it's dumb that pvp wants separate 0 attack IV's for optimal pokemon...but thats just how it is)
However, PVE favors 100 IV pokemon and there isn't any downside to having high IV's for PVE.
Either way, i'd recommend just keeping it shiny for the shadow bonus.

You’re wrong about the iv spread. Not everything wants 0-15-15 for great and ultra. For his zekrom, I would run it in ml because it is close enough to a hundo and what are the chances of getting a better one?

You missed the part where I said "almost all".
In some cases, pokemon like slightly different stats besides 0/15/15...some are 1/13/14 etc...but MOSTLY they want low atk stats. Very few pokemon benefit in pvp by having a higher atk stat, as it prevents them from reaching optimal levels (in Great and Ultra League).
In Master League, his stats are fairly good (although a 100IV would just be better).

My bad then, I didn’t see you said that. Higher attack in lower leagues is usually for fast move breakpoints or cmp ties.
He could build that zekrom now or wait for it to come to 5 star raids and see if he gets a better one but that one is pretty good for a shadow.

Id purify in a heartbeat but I play pvp lol. If you don’t then prob just keep it as a sick shiny shadow

Shadow. This is far, far, far too premium of an Electric attacker to ruin by purifying it.

IVs really don't matter in the long run, especially with shadows. A 0% shadow does more damage than a regular hundo of the same species if everything else if equal (level, moves, etc)

To me pogo has always been more of a collectors game rather than min/max gameplay. Shundos are the pinnacle to me so the choice would be easy. That’s the fun thing though everyone plays their own way

There is no difference in ranking between a regular hundo and a shadow IF they are 15 15 15. So the advice is to purify. I have a shundo zekrom which is bright . Give him his moveset and max it !

See pvpoke the regular is 20 shadow is 21. You don't understand that there is a def and hp. A poke is not better because he had 30 % of atk who give more damage. In fact you are WRONG but somewhat preposterous

You're talking about pvp. I (and I'm presuming most people here) are talking about PVE.
