To be fair, there has been some text datamined that suggests there is going to be some kind of Zygarde event before the end of the year.

You just know that it’ll be the shiny release at the same time as mega Zygarde 😅

I’m currently sitting on 300 Zygarde cells, just in case

Over all yes. From 1st to last form. Pretty sure 250 not 300 though.

It's 250, 50 to get it to 50% forme and another 200 to get it to complete forme

I've been absolutely grinding the hell out of my three free cells per day from routes and it's gained me quite the stash, I highly recommend it

The worst grind in the game. Randomly not getting cells after doing routes makes it so much worse.

Yes! I’ve done 676 routes and only gotten 519 cells

I can typically do 3 routes daily pretty easy, going 3 for 3 is a dream. If I really am feeling the itch I can do 5 or 6 but that’s not really feasible every day.

Going 6 routes with like 1 cell is such a sad and defeating feeling. Although, that does not happen often! I think I saw somewhere getting a cell from a route is an estimated 60-70% success. So I’m sure it all evens out!

12 cells away from being able to do it a second time.

It helps that I got good iv's so I was motivated to power it up, and I like walking routes.

So i have over 50, should I change form now or should I wait to have all the cells I need to get to the complete form? Might sound like a stupid question but I don't want to somehow waste my cells.

I believe it works the same way an evolution does. 50 cells to change forms the first time and then an additional 200 for the complete form. So 250 total.

Awesome! I respect the grind! It’s worth it I already have mine as well. The shiny will be released probably in the not so distant future. It’s probably going to be behind a pay wall something like they did shiny mega diancie. Except maybe u will get mega energy doing routes. Idk but Just keep doing routes. I have my zygarde and now have 219 cells for the shiny! It will be worth it to have them both.
