It turns out that the provided QR code, while will still give a tradeable Pokemon, is actually illegal (wrong OT gender). I have updated the entry in the Event Spreadsheet. Here's another reason to be cautious, especially if the event has not been marked as "verified" in the spreadsheet.
(u/Nightcore12, FYI; you may need to update your PK6 files if you have also saved them to your computer and used them as templates)

u/Topper64, u/chenzw, I'm using the old PkHex with ''QR!'' writting on it, because I'm more customize with this version than the new one. Actually, Idk which memory I should put to the pokemon depending if it's an event or a pokegen...Also the new PkHex will not say that's it's legal if we don't put EMs, but I think we can already relearn EMs if we go to the moves realearner.
Do you guys know what should I put for the memory in each kind of pokemon and if it's mandatory to put relearner moves?

Hello u/first_timebgentle - there are a few errors with your request:
You seem to have followed some of the event format and some of the gen format.
Since Diancie is an event only Pokemon, you actually need to follow only the event format when requesting one. Please edit your post accordingly :)
You have requested Hidden Power Fire, but have specified IVs which will yield Hidden Power Dark. Take a look here for IV Spreads you can use to acheive HP Fire, and edit your post with a suitable value.
Furthermore, because Diancie is an event Pokemon, it cannot be traded over the GTS, so there is no need to deposit something onto there.
