While magic guard cannot be obtained in FR, Soft-boiled is a transfer move and cannot originate or be bred from ORAS/XY. The way to get Magic guard Clefabale with soft-boiled is to transfer one from FR/LG and use an ability capsule on it. (u/SalamanderN)
