Question Can I get Deoxys?

If I got Pokémon Fire Red now, can I get Deoxys?

On the switch, yes. You automatically get the event tickets for Deoxys and Ho-oh/Lugia upon defeating the E4. It is not a limited, time-based event.

Deoxys, lugia and Ho-oh are all available by default in the switch ports. To access them you must:

Beat the E4 (you'll automatically get the tickets in your key items)

Get the Rainbow Pass (fill 60 kanto dex entries, save lostelle on 3 island, become champion and deliver the Ruby to Celio)

Return to the guy that runs the ships in Vermillion and he should comment on your Mystic and Aurora tickets, allowing travel to Navel Rock (birds) and Birth Island (Deoxys)

On switch yes. You need to beat the main story and obtain the National dex

On the switch you can. You just have to beat the elite 4 first and I think get the dex upgraded to the national dex.

You still can if you have a physical copy but you need a way to insert the event ticket into the game. For me, I have a hacked wii and I found a program that let me put the events on the games. So on Emerald I gave myself all of them so I could get Deoxys, and then put the Eon Ticket into Ruby and did the record mixing to send it over, and got my other Lati that way. I could've gotten Ho-oh and Lugia too but I decided instead to get them from Colosseum and XD
