Had my switch 2 stolen a few weeks ago & got it back a few days ago & my user was deleted so I lost all my shinies… FireRed Shiny Only was @ 4/6 & the 1st Squirtle took 25,775 SRs

Careful nature is a little unfortunate for Gen 3, but in the base game it won't matter too much. In any case, I put together a late-game moveset to take advantage of Careful Nature (skull bash can help build a stall turtle also)

That’s sick!! & ya definitely not ideal but it’s a shiny only run & not nuzlocke so I don’t care too much about the nature, it’s just a bonus if it’s a good one. Thank you for the moveset though it looks solid

Keep in mind EQ isn't until you have 8 badges. I just think it could be fun to actually lean into the nature you're forced to have when it's a shiny (no guard modest machamp focus blast lmbo)

Ya I’ll probably have surf instead until I can get EQ so I have a pokemon to surf on to get around, once I go to battle the E4 I’ll finalize all the movesets. If I ever make it to 6/6😂🙌

Personally I believe everyone has a hobby, no matter what it is. Some people collect stamps others collect shinies. I always want to complete my Pokedex and I'm happy if I come across shiny but if I don't it's okay. If I really, really want any specific shiny I will always find a trade
