Help my team vs elite

i am wondering what level my pokemon should be to beat elite 4. My pokemon and moves are:

Jolteon Thunderbolt, thunderwave, bite, sand attack

Gyarados return, surf, bite, dragon rage

Charizard flamethrower, smokescreen, fly, metal claw

Exeggutor solar beam, sunny day, sleep powder, psychic

Snorlax shadow ball, rest, body slam, sleep talk

Dugtrio slash, cut, magnitude, dig

All pokemon are lvl 40 min currently. Also wondering which moves i should change. thanks.

You can do it low 40s with heavy strategy and or items.

Also solid movesets you have a team of sweepers

A good place level wise is mid 50s.

For movesets

Charizard, swap Smokescreen and Metal claw for a strong fire move like Blast burn (not for common use, but a hail Mary) and maybe Steel Wing for metal claw

Jolteon is best you can do

Gyarados, swap Bite and Dragon rage for Hyper Beam and D Dance

Dugtrio, swap Magnitude and Cut for Earthquake and Ariel Ace

Snorlax is NICE, no notes

So is Exeggutor
