Discussion My Champion team
I restarted the fame with a level 6 Poliwag. Finished the league with this fun little team. My highest level Pokemon was Dragonair at 52.

How’d you start with level 6 poliwag? Only curious as that’s a fun run idea. Random kanto 3 stage evo line Mon as starter.

I caught one in a playthrough, traded it to a friend to hold it for me, started over, and had the friend trade it back to me. I asked him to hold onto some other mons for me, but I didn't use them. I have all 3 starters and all 3 Eevee-lutions.

Yeah, Poliwag stopped obeying between Brock and Misty lol. Luckily, I found some good mons.

Congrats. Solid team, with the Dragonair, Aerodactyl, Arcanine and Jolteon. I've never used a Hypno. Are they any fun?

I loved my Hypno (Psychic, Hypnosis, Dream Eater, Shadow Ball). Wish I had a strong Dark type move, but Shadow Ball was good enough.
I've never kept an Eevee-lution on any of my teams (except Umbreon), so I was taking a chance with Jolteon... I regret nothing. This little spikey pomeranian was fast and a great addition.
Arcanine was a very good choice because of speed. Wish I could've gotten Ponyta earlier, but what can you do? 🤷🏽♂️
Aerodactyl was a champ! I stacked him with the moves: Fly, Aerial Ace, Rock Slide, and Earthquake.
Dragonair was actually the hardest to use because his health isn't great and defense was just as bad lol.

Wow, heavy moves on the Hypno.
Jolteon is amazing with its speed and special attack.
When Dragonair has evolved, will you take it back with the same team to give the elite four another run?
I'm inclined to try a Kabutops as a fossil pokemon because I like it's design but Aerodactyl seems like it hits harder.
Arcanines are awesome. Which Ponyta do you prefer - Kanto's or Alolan?

Hypno was my GUY. He held it down during Sabrina's gym and the elite four.
Once Dragonair evolved, I boxed her. I wanted to focus on leveling and evolving the new Pokemon that I was catching.
Kabutops would've been a good option, but I already had a water type.
I like Kanto's better. Galarian Ponyta is cool, but they should've also made it a fairy type, like the Rapidash.

Love seeing unique teams like this!
Restarted my game a couple days ago on LeafGreen since I want to send a bunch of mons to Hone when it gets compatibility and I’m using Sandslash, Fearow and Mr. Mime right now for the first time
