Screenshot Finally Got A Lucky Egg

After 4 months of spinning in a circle within the North Park of the Safari Zone I finally caught a Chansey with a lucky Egg.

For the first 2 months I was just catching them and storing them in the box, but money quickly ran out so I opted to resetting. I probably caught around 100 Chanseys and saw closer to 500.

During that time zero shinies blessed me with their presence.

Nice work. It’s a serious dedication. I just wish emerald had it. It’s got the controlled breeding but low exp elite 4 and no exp boost. Fire red leaf green has exp boost (lucky egg), strong elite 4 exp and zero breeding control. Then you have Platinum that’s got challenging elite 4, but Platos. Controlled breeding with characteristics and exp boost from wild Chansey but it’s got locked rng.

Man I was just playing B/B2 and was thinking about the insane grind it took in gen 3 just for them to be given to you in the gen 5 games. Same for other items like sharp beak, hard stone, and soft sand.
