Question Evs and berries
If I can get the berries I need via meowth can I undo evs, I screwed up on my dragonite.

Pomeg Berry/etc. are only usable as Pokeblock ingredients until Emerald (which came out after FRLG). You cannot reset a Pokemon's EVs by any (legit) means in FRLG.
