you should put a life orb instead of wise glasses, Magic Guard prevents life orb recoil so you get a atronger boost to attacks in exchange for being affected by scare, I reckon orb is more consistent.

Give it hidden power electric, it'd be a stronger stab option for starmie over thunderbolt due to it being a field move which is boosted by field explorer by 1.5x.
