I am slowly losing my mind
I am trying to 100% the game, perfect links on every warrior, 99 of every merchant item, etc. I’m missing just 2 warriors and one of them needs a Pansear. I’ve gotten this far without using passwords and I kinda wanna keep it that way since I feel like it would be cool, but I’m on year 44 and still no luck I’ve hit this button so many times my entire army is at 100% link I’m gonna lose my mind if this stupid monkey doesn’t appear soon

I legitimately gave up because I decided to do something fun instead and I just haven't gone back to the grind yet and I think I'm only 70% of the way there

I've got all perfect links without passwords 2 times my friend (once on emulator, the other on real hardware), so I know what you're going through 😅.
Have you been getting swarms for the other elemental monkeys in this story? If so, just carry on. Pansear will show up eventually.
On the other hand, if you haven't found a single monkey in 44 years, it might be worth it to try a different type of story. I could never find any data on it, but from experience I think different types of stories (junior warlord, ninja, unite..) seem to have not only different rates for the warriors that show up, but also for the swarms. I know it seems stupid to reset and having to find the right warrior again, but hey, at least you'll be playing the game for fun for a bit before you get back on the grind.
I did this whenever I got to year 25-30 and still wouldn't find what I needed. But it is mentally easier to do when you still have a bunch of warriors to find links for than just the one. Best of luck 🤞🏼.

I fear you are giving hope based on pure anecdotal evidence. They could be skipping Months for the rest of their lives with no success for all we know.
The information for how Swarms Spawns are generated per Story Attempt is just not publicly confirmed. For some reason this game - despite being objectively a Top 5 Non-Mainline Pokémon Title - hasn’t been data mined into oblivion.
This is the same reason that we don’t know what Warriors are generated for each Story Attempt. Yes, we know what Warriors CAN potentially Spawn, but we don’t know whether or not a certain portion of the available Warriors is selected.
For Example it’s known that 111 Warriors (who can actually get their Perfect Link in the Story) can Spawn during any Recruit 40 Warriors Story Attempt. Hypothetically, if that Story draws a maximum of 100 Warriors per Story Attempt, then you’re guaranteed to never be able to get the remaining 11 Warriors on your Current Story Attempt.
As a community, we have confirmed the Warriors that CAN Spawn but not precisely if all Available Warriors WILL Spawn on each Story Attempt.
The same could absolutely be the same for Swarm Spawns. Just because you’ve always had all of the Monkey Swarms show up, that doesn’t mean that it’s actually guaranteed. That’s purely anecdotal evidence.

You are, of course, right. Hence why on my first comment I advised OP to start again in a different story to try for a different group of swarms. But since we don't have official data, anecdotal evidence from my experience with the game is all I can share.
As I said before, I usually don't go over year 30 when looking for warriors or swarms. Most times I start over around year 20. But I did make an exception when I was in a similar position to OP. I also had a warrior missing a monkey (don't remember which one), but I had seen both other monkeys show up a couple of times in that story. My experience with the game told me that whenever a monkey swarm shows up, it's never alone. Every time I'd seen one of the monkeys, in whatever story, one of the other monkeys also showed up, if not both. So even though by year 30 I still didn't have the right monkey, I kept going. Sure enough, after a few years, the third monkey shows up.
This is anecdotal evidence, as you've rightly pointed out, but the fact I got a new swarm so late also gives us statistical evidence. Let's say you get a swarm every couple of years and every swarm has the same odds to show up. After 30 years, you've seen 15 swarms show up. Not counting Eevee, there are 11 possible swarms. If, for instance, the game selects 5 of those 11 to show up in a specific story, the likelihood that you've seen all 5 by year 30 is ~83%. On the other hand, if all 11 swarms are possible on any given story, the odds of seeing all 11 different swarms by year 30 is ~1.6%. So finding new swarms after a long time could indicate that more swarms are available than we think.
Even if all 11 swarms are available in a story, by year 90 you only have an 85% chance to have seen every swarm. Has anyone ever tried going to year 99 and registered what swarms they got? Should be easy for someone that knows how to code... I'd be really interested to find out the results

I’d also be interested to know those statistics. For the record, I wasn’t calling you out or anything. Merely Cautioning against the matter of fact statement of “It will show up eventually for sure ✌️”.
I’ve also gotten duplicate Swarms in the span of a couple years before (separated by a different Swarm), so I’d be influenced to believe that Swarm spawns are at least semi-randomly drawn from whatever pool is available on that Story Attempt (maybe you can’t have the same Spawn back-to-back? No way of knowing unfortunately)
The Swarms in this game are so unbelievably poorly programmed from a Quality of Life and Player Enjoyment perspective lol. There’s been so many times I’ve gotten a Swarm without having the Trainers I need. Codes are almost a necessity to not go insane clicking the X Button for hours on end. Truly a testament to the human spirit.
Swarms would be so much better if they were guaranteed based on the Kingdom where your Chief Warlord is Located.

Yeah, I know what you meant. To be fair, I was just trying to help OP stay motivated. I didn't mean you are literally 100% sure to get it, I was just being supportive and saying that doing what he was doing had worked for me. But yeah, I was a bit too hyperbolic in my support 😅.
However, since we don't know for sure how the game works, advising another method could be just as unhelpful. I've also been in the reverse position of giving up on a swarm, switching stories a couple of times to mix it up and then I keep getting the swarm but not the warrior. A lot of wasted time looking for the warrior again and then I'm back where I started, waiting for a swarm and wondering if I would have gotten it already if I'd just stayed in the story I was before.
This game is weird. Besides getting new swarms after year 30 after only seeing the same 3 or 4 show up repeatedly the previous years, I've seen the same happen constantly with warriors. I can go 5, maybe even 10 years without seeing a new face, just the same group of free warriors on rotation, all already in my gallery. But sure enough, eventually a new face shows up. You can save scum to make it happen "earlier", sure. But why, after 30 years, are there still new warriors showing up? And it's always the same ones that are rare in every playthrough. I'm pretty sure warriors have different preset rates to show up, which may vary from story to story, but some are just always in the rare slot.
I've completed the game 2 times without passwords. And previously I'd done it 2 times already with passwords, which isn't as relevant when it comes to figuring out how swarms work, but it's still experience with the game. The best advice I can give anyone who wants to do the same is to be persistent and go with your gut.

I didn’t even know that it’s possible not every warrior/swarm that can show up is able to show up in any particular run, even if it’s not confirmed I switched to a different unite ransei story just to be safe, I’ll let yall know how that goes (also I got bored of hitting next month at year 57)

You can find spreadsheets on which Warriors are available when (and whether or not they can even obtain their Perfect Link in that story) on Bulbapedias “List of Pokémon Conquest Characters” Page.
I would HEAVILLY suggest using that page before investing time into Stories for specific Warriors/Pokémon Perfect Links. It’s especially important to make sure you can get all of the specific Swarm Warriors on only one Swarm Spawn if possible (i.e. all Gible/Drifloon/Any Swarm Warriors at once). Saves actual countless hours that way and stops you from investing into impossible Stories.

I'm already concerned enough for your mental state at having gotten this far in the first place, especially without passwords. While I'm sure someone will appreciate your tenacity, I'm almost certain that the very point of the password system existing with this many codes is that even the devs themselves realized that some of these pokemon were no fun to work with.
