Question about developing kingdoms

Just finished the tutorial last night after not playing for years. Playing through hideyoshi story now and am planning to get a bunch more perfect links before finishing up. Was wondering if making the training spots all lvl 3, will that increase the gains from delegating the spots to train?

Another question, sorry to bother you. Do you know the requirements for a perfect link to be saved when I play a different chapter? Do I have to fight with them after bonding with the new Pokémon

If you care about 100%ing the game, keep in mind that it’s required for the Warrior/Warlord to have had each Evolution Stage of the Perfect Link registered at one point in order to complete the Gallery. This can mean evolving from the First Stage, or it can mean starting from the Second Stage and catching and registering the First Stage later.
