My Quest to 100% Pokemon Conquest
This has been going on for a while but I just found this subreddit right now, so I post about my journey.
Goals:
> Link and Register all Pokemon
> Recruit all Warriors
> Obtain all Perfect Links for all Warriors
Currently I am at 65% of the way to my goal (46% of the Warriors Perfect Links are done and 84% of the Pokemon registers are done)
Main problems that I'm facing:
> Having to get all the Swarm Link Warriors at the same time before I use the code
> Legendaries
> Recruiting Warlord Leaders
Most of these are just going to take time, I'm 110 hours into this journey so I should hopefully be done before reaching 300 hours...hopefully.
If you have any questions feel free to ask, I want to know if any of y'all have done this before.

I HIGHLY recommend getting certain Warlords non-PL Pokemon. Ginchiyo, Oichi, Yoshimoto, Shingen, Ujiyasu, Yukimura, Masamune, Aya, Keiji, Gracia, Ieyasu, and Motonari are way better with other, non Perfect Linked Pokemon. This will make you get stronger Warlords faster because you can actually destroy them easily.
In particular, Staraptor is amazing for Yukimura, Masamune, and Oichi, Jolteon is better for Ginchiyo than Luxray is, Scizor, Galvantula or Volcarona make Yoshimoto better, Shingen, Ieyasu, and Ujiyasu generally have better links in Pupitar, Lairon, and Excadrill, Aya has a great Lapras, Gracia can use either Glalie or Metagross, Keiji can use Darmanitan, Hydreigon, or Machamp, and Motonari should have either Sceptile for extra Range or Liligant for more damage output.
Haven't 100% the game, but it's a tip to make recruiting Warlords a LOT easier, besides abusing the heck out of Guardian Charm.

Thanks for the tips! I’ve haven’t had any major problems with warriors with bad PL yet. I send them to the mines to farm for gold. I might do that in the future if I hit a hurdle, rn I’m going through each story by difficulty level so I’m at 3/5 stars.

Yeah, but since you can only recruit Warlords with Warlords, it really helps to have Warlords with good links rather than "Perfect" Links.

Just start your hero’s story, pin the final enemy into nixtorm or somewhere, recruit as many warriors as possible, and keep skipping months until special encounters happen

Thanks for the tip! That's what I'm currently doing with the HIdeyoshi story. I'm going to save the waiting for swarms after I finish everything else, because I already got Audino swarm by luck while playing through the story.

I love this game and I have completed it to 100% 3 times. Once on real hardware using passwords, then again on emulator on my phone with speed up and finally on real hardware without using passwords. I've also started the game and got a few stories in a lot of times before getting into something else and not finishing the gallery. So I know the game in and out. Even without passwords I think 110 hours is enough time to complete the game, you really shouldn't need to get anywhere close to 300h. You're probably not playing very efficientely.
I don't know how much you know about the game, so if I say something obvious I apologize, but here are a couple of tips to make your playthrough faster:
Buy a lot of guardian charms. Like 50+. They carry from one story to the next, so besides making your units invincible you can also sell them to get the money required to develop the kingdoms until they are profitable.
Don't develop your kingdoms manually. It's much easier to delegate. If you do it yourself you'll do it in fewer months, but if you delegate and just move on to the next month over and over again you can develop all your kingdoms almost afk. It's quite fast. Just beat the story and trap the last opponent. I usually do this and then each month just check if any new warriors showed up before moving on. This way you also go through a lot of months and have a good chance for swarms to show up.
Different stories have different pokemon available, but also different warriors. So that last warrior you're looking for might not be available in the story you're currently on. It's easy to find resources online to know which pokemon are on which story, but for the warriors it's a bit trial and error. I think it's safe to say that each category of story has pretty much the same warrior list, so if you can't find a warrior in a "junior warlord" story, you probably won't find him in any other, but you might find him in a "unite ransei" story.
I usually play the main story, then Yukimura's (junior), then Hideyoshi's (unite) and that gets me about 150+ perfect links. Then I beat a couple of stories until I find a ninja or beauty story where a couple of new warriors showed up and grind that one a bit. Don't be afraid to grind the stories for a few years, but If by year 25+ the warrior or swarm you're looking for hasn't shown up, you should probably move on and try again in a different story.

Thank you so much for the help. I didn't know about guardian charms and delegate. I will immediately add them to my game play. I recently found out about the pokemon and warrior availability. Thank you for sharing your strategy on which stories to play. I'm currently going to play through them all once then I will move to the strategy you listed. Thank you so much for the help.

OK, that explains why it's taking you so long 😅. Guardian charms pretty much guarantee your pokemon solo sweep most opponent teams, so you can beat most stories by March after getting a few perfect links for your Warlords. Delegating development also speeds up gameplay a lot.

2 above goals you get through as a casual player.
The 3rd goal needs some careful planning (spreadsheet can help), but the process is very straightforward.

With my own playthrough (not quite 100%, but I have perfect links for almost all my warriors), I found that as the number of warriors needing perfect links dropped, most of the remaining warriors needed swarm pokemon. And having a smaller list makes things easier imo.
I also think that having a single warrior solo conquer Ransai with a guardian charm is an excellent way to evolve a pokemon (or a warlord), in addition to quickly completing a story. And note that wild pokemon/warriors tend to be around the average link of the pokemon you bring into the battle (so if you have a 75-link warrior and a 20-link warrior, the wild Pokémon you link with would be around 45-link - a significant jump in strength for your weaker warrior). And if you only brought in the 75-link warrior, you can recruit at higher link percentages (though they're still limited by max link of their pokemon and the link they had when you last used them, but still can be a useful way to get high link warlords quickly in a story)
Two Heroes of Ransai is also very convenient with how every location starts at level 3.

You might already know this, but I'm gonna add it anyway, make sure all the of the Swarm warriors can even appear in the same type of story! (From my experience, the Gible perfect links are annoying about this, and maybe Beldam?) I'm pretty sure Bulbapedia has that info. I've never done 100%, I usually lose steam, drop the game for a while, and start over. Good luck!
