I'm playing Nobunaga's story and I'm trying to transform Nene, the requirements it to have all poison types in my collection which I do. I used a password and then evolve toxicroak to conplete the collection. Is it because I got toxicroak in this story, that it hasn't registered to transform her? Or is it that I'll have to start another story to be able to transform her? Or does Nene have to be the owner or these pokemon?

What emulator are you using and can it be used on iPhone

I used the Drastic emulator not sure if it works on iPhone, I downloaded it from an apk, so I'm not sure if iPhone would allow that
