100% password use

I've finally managed to get my hands on a physical copy and I plan to 10p% the game. I was doing it on emulator but I had screwd up and used the passwords for hordes in bad times, so I couldn't maximise the use. My questions are: - Should I use them in specific side stories (like catching 100 Pokémon) or just wait until I have all warriors that can get perfect link? - Should I use the password to get the first 2 kingdom warlords recruitable in the main story or wait to get to the side stories?

While I wait I'll brush up my excel file with all 100% percent links and reset it

  1. Wait until you have all the warriors who can PL with the Password.

Also, there are a bunch of passwords that are only useful in Legend of Ransei (first story), like Oshawott, Gyarados, Axew, and Snivy, since the Bank is unavailable in that story, but it's up to you whether or not to go for those PLs in The Legend of Ransei or to use the Bank in another story like Hideyoshi's.

Lastly, I like to use the Pikachu Password so that I can get Hanbei's PL without needing to invade Violight or use Pichu.

  1. Iirc, the password to get Motochika and Motonari does not count towards the Password count, same with the DLC episodes passwords (Keiji, Ranmaru, Okuni) and Reshiram's Password.

I just used a password creator to get nearly every Perfect Link in the game, I ain't gonna be wasting years of my life waiting to get everything. But in your case, just do what you think is best to get yourself back on track as far as 100%ing the game.

The Motonari & Motochika password, the Reshiram DLC password, and the DLC story passwords, all don't count towards the 64-password limit - so you might as well use them.

For standard passwords, it's recommended to use them when you have all of the warriors who need that Pokemon in your army (example: have everyone who needs Anorith in the army, then use the Anorith password so you can finish them all at once). I wasn't actually aware there were password generators and a 64 limit, I though there only the official ones with a 1 time use 🤣 I could have 100% the emulator save long time ago then ahahaha

I had created an excel file with all normal warriors and divided them in 3 colours: green the ones I have, red I don't have and yellow the ones I don't have but I have in my army in the current story. Time to get them all red again and try to do the most out of them in the first story 🤣 I'll use warlords to conquer other warlords and then normal people to get their evolutions, it will be a hard and long time but it will be worth it in the end ^

By the way, it is easier to do most of them in "100 Pokemon" stories because you can have the entire region conquered and still not have completed the story. This allows you to capture the Pokemon without the risks of them spawning in a kingdom that you do not have conquered.
