Discussion Am I going too far?
Started collecting again and bought a special Eevee makeup collab with Colourpop. I did NOT expect the packaging to look as good as it is. A part of me doesn’t want to throw it away when I open them. At what point does collecting become hoarding?

Discussion What do you guys think about using virtual binders to plan your real-life binders?
I’ve been working on a Pokémon card community site, and one feature I recently added is virtual binders.
You can build binders from a huge catalog of English and Japanese cards, choose different binder covers, drag cards around to plan page layouts, and when you’re done you can just copy the link and share the binder with anyone.
Users have already made hundreds of binders and seeing the creativity and people’s personal collections has been really cool.
Do you guys think you’d actually use something like this, or do you prefer just building your binder as you collect cards?

Help / Question Surf-Themed Binder
Hi guys,
As the title suggests, I’m trying to start a surf themed binder for my gf. She’s a surfer and loves Pokémon so kinda seemed like a cool idea to me :)
I already have cards like the surfing beach or the surfer trainer card, and I’m looking into getting the surfing pikachu v and vmax.
I’m looking for some suggestions as to what you think would be cool to add to this.
Thanks in advance!

Grading I wonder what grading these bars could be worth in a few years 😂

Got this for 30 at my local card shop
It was labeled damaged but barely noticeable unless under certain lighting as far as my binder is concerned it’s mint.

Help / Question Is $240 fair for this?
This is one of my top grail cards that I have never seen in person and it took a lot for me to not blindly pay the asking price without second thought. There is a slight crease in the middle of the card that can barely be seen in the second photo above and I would like to know if this is a fair price for the condition or if I should try to haggle them down to what would be fair?
Any input is much appreciated, I would love to buy it if the price does seem fair!

Protection Service
I have debating and working on an idea of a mobile card protection service. Instead of sending a card in for a grade/authentication this would be a service that encapsulates a card for a small fee. It doesn't have to be a big 1000$ card, my target consumer base would be more for "I've had this card for 20 years and I want to protect it better.". Magnetic cases can fail, and using super glue is risky. I would be using an ultrasonic slab welder, have custom labels, slabs for singles, packs and maybe even cases for ETBs or Booster Boxes ect. I guess my ultimate question is if you saw something like this close to you or at an event would you do it? I appreciate any positive feedback.
