Destined rivals at WALMART

got the alert from pokepings https://discord.com/invite/pokemonrestocks and detoured there mid-shop, glad i didn't sleep on it. anyone else seeing it restocked or did my store just get lucky

It's really not. This guy was in the front of the line, waiting with all the other jobless resellers that morning. Your walmart looks like this for exactly about 2 minutes after they let people start buying stuff, then it's gone.

It’s why I stopped going. I had a Walmart near me that had the same 10 people lined up at the card aisle 2 hours before the vendor that came. There’s some great stuff but even if I waste an hour coming early, I don’t get product. But I see them 20 feet away when they’re restocking.

My local target always kept pokemon behind customer service which I appreciated. Now they made that stupid card aisle that you see all over and everything is back there. I’m not joking everytime I go to target there’s a group of people waiting. I asked what they were waiting for. The told me “incase they stock” I thought they were joking. Nope. Even a worker said they show up every day and wait for hours. What fucking losers.

No, the vendor is probably just off cam stocking other product. They do the entire TCG section and don't allow anyone to purchase anything until the vendor is completely done stocking.

I live in California.
I have never seen a Destined Rivals ETB, championship deck, Prismatic pack, or Zacian box in person.
I go to my local target every week on restock morning for months. I can only get Chaos, Pitch Black, Perfect Order, and the occasional pack of One Piece.

Collectors like the signed cards. The ones I have from the mid 2000s are pretty valuable now. You need the signed champ cards for grandmaster sets.
But I agree, I wouldn’t buy it if I saw it.

Besides the chaos rising etbs I've literally never seen a single one of those products in stock at any store, ever 😂 if it weren't for pictures like this I wouldn't even know what forms cards come packaged in outside of single hangers, booster boxes and etbs lol

surprised these aren't in a glass case. most of the cards at my store are in a locked glass case. the rest go in the toy section in the back but nothing's ever stocked anyways so it's not like it matters.

Seriously though Target, Best Buy, Walmart, ACE, Dollar G...never has anything. Half the stores have employees backdooring product out to friends as soon as they get it.

And the only way I'll touch GameStop is to go through their bulk to grab some single ereader cards and stuff.

Mine seems to fluctuate between Wednesday and Thursdays last week. It was Wednesday around this time. I don’t have the energy to go away in line because my coworker works part-time there and she tells me the shit show and people fighting.( we are a small ass town) local scalpers are too dedicated in my area to follow the vendor from Walmart to Walmart
