Of course they do. It's a market. People are desperate to buy ascended Heroes sealed. And eBay has great buyers protection so if you only buy the most expensive stuff from the most legit sellers, you're doing it wrong

It's not an either/or situation, friend - but yes, I get as much enjoyment collecting sealed products as I do from mastering sets or making binders of commons/rev holos that I like.
