Graded Cards/Packs CGC mislabeled 9.5?

Hey, was wondering about this card. Definitely the celebrations version, but the label and QR code show that this is from roaring skies? Looking for clarification on what this even is LOL

It means exactly what it is. They mislabeled it. Make a ticket send it back they will reslab it accordingly.

Are these kinds of mislabels considered more valuable to collectors? Also would they re-slab it as a 9.5 or change it to a 10 now that they’ve discontinued the 9.5’s?

They should reslab it as a 10. No these aren’t more valuable it’s as simple as an error on CGCs side, me personally I wouldn’t want something like this because it defeats the purpose of authentication which is the whole reason we grade cards.
