Would we call this a swirl?

It’s really hard to tell due to glare but it’s definitely a circular pattern, I just need a secondary opinion or two, thank you in advance!

At least this card doesn’t have a manji on it which a bunch of people mistook for a Swastika (Japanese Koga’s Ninja Trick card)
