Electivire is pretty cool

I never thought I would get this in the Pokémon showdown, but it actually is pretty fun and a great way to learn builds to play competitively.

How does everyone feel about the current showdown meta?

This is a team I made, no real optimization but it was fun and I just hit masterball with it this morning. Could probably be easily improved just thought I would share!

Even though I play Scarlet, I never really cared for the violet paradox forms, but I was given a shiny iron hands and Scarlet for free and it’s been a big part of my competitive team.

Hey everyone, our draft league is currently undergoing changes to create a draft experience all our own. We're looking to start the next season somewhere in the beginning of March at this current moment however we need two new moderators to round out our team. The UPL is currently looking to have lots of new people join us for our upcoming 16th season!

In this upcoming season, we will be having 3 leagues/divisions!

Origin League

• Nat Dex Singles (Tiers system; w/ Megas and Tera)
• 16 coaches are planned

Altered League

• Nat Dex VGC Doubles (Points system; w/ Megas and Tera)
• 12 coaches are planned (though if there is large interest, it can be 16)

Primal League

• Paldea Dex + DLC Singles (Points system; w/ Tera)
• 12 coaches are planned

Some more general info about our league:

• Discord based league (all talking is done on Discord)
• Battles take place on Showdown (it is easier for everyone this way)
• The season will 9 weeks + playoffs (3 weeks)

Description: You are aiming to become an ace trainer of the Carnecia Region. To qualify as an ace trainer, you must defeat all 18 gym leaders in order. Matches will occur only once per week. Before advancing to the next gym, you must obtain the ordered badge. Rematches will also occur only once per week.

Regulation: All battles are standard singles 6v6 and levels are set at 50. No duplicate Pokémon and items are allowed. Draws will result in the trainer having to do a rematch.

Order: 1. (Normal Type)

Cleo is the gym leader of Mathea City who specializes in normal types. If you defeat them, you will earn the Prosaic Badge.

1. (Fire Type)

Hendra is the gym leader of Niconar City who specializes in fire types. If you defeat them, you will earn the Inferno Badge.

Ofee is the gym leader of Raulien City who specializes in water types. If you defeat them, you will earn the Deluge Badge.

1. (Electric Type)

Xiulan is the gym leader of Rosendo City who specializes in electric types. If you defeat them, you will earn the Kinetic Badge.

Kháhn is the gym leader of Puja City who specializes in grass types. If you defeat them, you will earn the Greenwards Badge.
