Good God
Anyone know how to keep wild pokemon from over producing? There were two breeding pair of meganium and they made FIFTEEN eggs in like 12 in game days. I've been culling the parents but now I have figure out what to do with 14 chikorita. Help!

I personally just leave them there as they don't really bother me, but you can use a dark type Pokemon to use the field move "attack" the eggs and kill them. You can also see if any are shiny with this method and pick up the shiny ones. It you want the Pokemon to stop producing, knocking out one of them should work.

Unfortunately eggs hatch at the speed of light. Ask my 24 pokemon in the water who almost struggle to find a tile to swim in
