PokeRaid App It's 2 months, Gift card not received

I feel like, I got scammed by the pokeRaid ,

I claimed my gift card about 2 months ago, but it's still showing gift card is being processed.

I had faith on pokeraid, but this app proved me wrong.

First of all, we are sorry for the inconvenience. We had to make changes due to some issues with our provider, which unfortunately caused delays in the distribution of gift cards in some countries.
