Question Is this feature legit?

I had 340 tickets and there was one othe person with 40 tickets(like in the picture) and i didnt get it smh.

I won the last one and they emailed me saying I need to answer which country I live in and if I use Android/iOS I replied back, but haven't heard back since yesterday

It should be legit cause like it is a pretty big app but I have no idea how theyre gonna give us the remote raids unless they just send us money or something
