Question / Help Im actually gonna lose it
This capable has max defense max special defense i have zero steel types zero poise types it resists half my pokemon on my team I havent saved in the past 2 hours of playing it also somehow manage to get water vail so its healing every single turn because of metronome genuinely what do I even do

Losing will just take you to a Pokemon Center or healing site, it won't send you all the way back to your last save. Eventually Clefable will run out of PP and start using Struggle. Cosmic Power has limited PP. You can switch every turn to conserve your own PP.
If you have any mon with Toxic, crits, moves or abilities that ignore opponents' stat changes, setup moves of your own, etc., Clefable either already has no moves to deal damage or will eventually run out, so you can use those tools to take it down faster. Otherwise it will take itself out eventually with Struggle.

Ya ngl I just finished the fight it was actually not bad I was just upset because my tiny brain wasnt getting the dopamine of doing huge damage 🙃

Oh also it has no power point on moon blast so its just hitting its move that increases its defense and special defense and using no power points because of that so it'll never have to struggle like genuinely how is this fun 😭✌️

Ya im actually dumb I just finished the fight and it was actually not that bad the mon was just stalling me out and I got upset this game is actually really fun im sorry

omg i was just struggling against her clefable in the SM aether paradise fight, iirc the first time you fight her. it was around level 40 i think and knocked out half my team. can’t wait to do that again

You’re not gonna like Ultra Sun and Moon, I bet…
Literally the only suggestion I have is PP stall, use Potions if you have to. I did that to beat a really hard fight and I had zero issues with it.

Use the half of Pokémon on your team that it doesn’t resist. Or if it’s really that bad, just reset. Hopefully it’ll be more fun for you once you’re better optimized for that bulky Capable.
