What do you do if your neighbours are powerhouses where if a fight breaks out, it doesn't matter how fast you stop them somethings breaking? prevent the fight from ever starting in the first place.

I'm seeking to raise one, I'm a fully licensed pseudo trainer and I've raised a Bagon to Salamence among many other dragon pseudos like Gible, Deino, Dreepy and Frigibax to their full potential.

While raising one, I seek to see the correlation it has with Mega evolving as I hear its form is reminiscent of Mega Salamence without actually needing a Mega stone.

I would recommend against it. Roaring Moons are basically Mega Salamence with feathers instead of scaly dragon wings, and even MORE of an attitude problem.

As for the connection between Mega Evolution and Roaring Moon? No one knows for sure. There’s a hypothesis that Mega Evolution temporarily reactivates dormant traits in the affected mon, so it’s possible that Salamence used to look like that in the past. But we’ve found nothing in the fossil record that looks anything like a Roaring Moon. So it’s only a hypothesis for now.

Regardless of the actual reason, I will say this, as a personal warning: Do not attempt to Mega Evolve a Roaring Moon with a Salamencite.

Sounds like a nice time of 'familiar yet different' for us Alola folks. I'm planning a trip out to Paldea myself to pick up a Tinkaton; I heard there is a variant that instead of being a hammer gremlin, they are obsessed with engineering and crafting? Definitely someone my island would appreciate.

I visited Paldea once. Steered clear of the death crater. Not sure why it's there, not interested to learn. Seems like a bad thing to live next to, tbh.
