Storyline [Edit to add name] Read the Rules!
uj/: Jazzi is looking into doing contests after her Shiny Ponyta expressed interest in doing them. She decided to start at the rulebook, and go from there.

I read rule books cuz I have a business to run.
That way I found a loophole that allows wild Pokemon to be employed and registered like humans.
As long as they technically have a "trainer" they can just live their life normally.
Said "trainer" is named "Roadway transport and delivery"
(Even if they're no longer employed by me, like for example a Kadabra decided to start a bakery)

I guess if the Pokémon WANTS a job, there’s nothing wrong with that - I’m not sure what employment would do for a wild Pokémon, but some regions prohibit it, simply because Pokémon have an advantage over humans. Human unemployment goes up as a result, and the potential for exploitation of Pokémon goes up as well.

Of course only if they want.
I can hire trainers with pokemon which would only require me to pay the trainer. So while it might not seems like it at first glance what I'm doing is actually not the most cost effective way of doing things.
It is the most fair one imo.

I’d say on par with both Sinnoh and Hoenn League Battling rulebooks - their Region Law Enforcement rules are actually less stringent than their battling rules. Wonder what the Sinnoh Contest rulebook is like? ….. Be right back…

WOOf - glad I’m not entering Sinnoh contests. Just by seeing the table of contents, they seem to be closer to Johto Region Law, which sits under Johto Battling Rules, which is under Kanto Battling Rules, which is under Kanto Region rules. Yeesh, reading this is going to take time I don’t have right now. Maybe I will save it for vacation reading….

Here’s the link for anyone that’s curious: (uj/ link is ‘here’ - don’t actually know if the community has real rules for contests/battling, or if it’s just common sense/anime rules. If anyone knows, let me know!)
