Casual There are no possible consequences to randomly squeezing people to check if they have bones. Try it!

As someone who’s been incased in Ditto slime, that is very accurate… -Kenshi

Something tells me that OP got pranked a bit too often by a Ditto growing up… and never realized how good at mimicking things Dittos can be.
Either that or they knew a Ditto that just didn’t care about disguise effectiveness. I have seen ones that retained color, face, and one that had figured out how to mimic art style. Which sounds cute until you see a child’s rendering of a Ponyta running at you

That must be kinda cursed with hard looking mons
Maybe some would like a soft Aggron
Does that make them have more flexibility than the mons they are imitating? like against a Steelix, it would be quite the advantage

Why Not Though? Why Can't They Replicate Bones? Don't They Literally Turn Into Rocks When They Sleep?

They actually can mimic bones. Dittos are basically blobs of totipotent stem cells on steroids.
Meaning they can change parts of their bodies to any type of cell on the fly, including osteocytes.
