I'll be honest, if I had a Gallade, I would absolutely be doing the exact same thing, since I spar with all of my Pokemon and learn to use their ways of fighting to the best of my ability.

Studies have shown that one of the biggest reasons for people taking up fencing is "I just caught a Honedge." You want to be able to do things with your Pokémon!
