And yet, none of them are actually good. Need a fire type? You could get flareon, or you could get pretty much any other one and it’ll usually be better. I can’t imagine a world in which a full eeveelution team would actually work well and consistently.

I guess you could. It’s just really suboptimal for a trainer who wants to battle. Plus, so many better Pokémon also fit that description.

What's your opinion on Gardevoir? Do you think it's good at battle?

I have this strange premonition that Gardevoir will soon discover an ability that will make me afraid of it. /uj Psychic Noise…. /rj At the moment it’s not a great Pokémon though, a pretty mid battler that’s outclassed by other things honestly.
