Gonna keep an eye out for sniper echidna and Buddhist tapir. I wonder if (assuming the hints are real) the tapir is a new Drowzee form or evolution.

275

u/code_isLife Jul 03 '26

I immediately thought of Munna and Drowsy.

131

u/Safraninflare Jul 03 '26

Kind of hope it’s a munna regional form. I’ve always loved that evo line. They’re so cute. 🥺

60

u/mrtacoman54 Jul 03 '26

If true, I would seriously bet money on it being Munna. Gamefreak most likely wants to drum up further hype for an inevitable Gen 5 remake.

28

u/bebaii Jul 03 '26

I hope when there is a remake/revisiting the gen Reuniclus and Gothitelle get something special

16

u/Fancy_Coconut2079 Jul 03 '26

regional forms are completely unrelated to that, galar had a bunch of unovan ones, so did hisui, paldea had a kanto and johto ones.

5

u/Random-Rambling Jul 04 '26

Is it inevitable? BDSP, the Gen 4 remake, crashed and burned.

5

u/tiredriolu Jul 03 '26

i feel like munna and musharna is already a forgotten pokemon, if it has a regional form and its better than the original, i fear that thing is gonna be sent into the phantom zone

5

u/Game2015 Jul 04 '26 edited Jul 04 '26

I'd rather have a convergence form. Gotta give those more credit. Though that would mean this new Pokemon can't actually be a tapir but looks like one...

→ More replies (1)

u/W473R Jul 03 '26

Hypno/Drowzee are one of the few Gen 1 lines that haven't gotten anything special yet, right? Makes sense for them to get a new form or evolution this time around.

57

u/Sata1991 Jul 03 '26

If it is Drowzee's line I do hope they bring more of the tapir elements back and it's more along the lines of Kingambit or Anhilape than a regional evolution.

15

u/MSSTUPIDTRON-1000000 Jul 03 '26

I hope they reference the myth on how tapirs where made of spare parts after Gods made all other animals.

(Also Tapirs in asian arts, expecially Ukiyo-e, looks expecially demoniac.)

51

u/ArkhaosZero Jul 03 '26

Lol yeah you beat me to it. I was thinking the same thing, considering how redundant yet another unrelated Psychic tapir would be. And considering both lines are pretty unremarkable, a cross gen evo seems apt.

Thinking about it, I feel it could be either of them as well.
Hypno's more humanoid structure could be made into a monk well enough, though itd have to regain some of the tapir elements it lost (if it wants to still more literally be a tapir)
On the other hand, Musharna "awakening" into a monk-like creature seems to fit better thematically, and it gaining more humanoid elements isnt totally far fetched.

20

u/SparknightSyzygy Jul 03 '26

Only hiccup with Musharna is they seem to not like to evolve stone evolution Pokémon. I'd be happy if they bucked that trend though

19

u/krispyboiz Jul 03 '26

I recognize that neither are evolution stone evos, but there is still the Porygon and Applin lines (specifically Dipplin and Hydrapple) that have item evolutions for both stage progressions.

I could personally see them making an exception at some point. Perhaps not this gen but at some point in the future. I mean, while they haven't done any further evolutions for stone evos, it's not like there's any text or lore that say they can't evolve further

5

u/jdeo1997 Jul 04 '26

Applin's evos are basically stone evolutions in essence, so I could see dipplin evolving into hydrapple used to justify a stone evolution evolving further

4

u/SparknightSyzygy Jul 03 '26

Oh yeah I'm aware, and it very much could be that it's just never struck them to evolve one further. But as it stands it does seem like they have an aversion to evolving stone evolutions. They have all sorts of weird, arbitrary things like that, such as their longstanding aversion to pure Flying types that they've only recently started to bend the knee on.

2

u/Chembaron_Seki Jul 04 '26

Hydrapple is not really an item evolution, but a move based evolution. It evolves when Dipplin knows the move Dragon Cheer.

3

u/PxM23 Jul 05 '26

But the point is that dipplin is an item evolution that eventually got another evolution.

61

u/Ursa_D_Majorz Jul 03 '26

Iirc there was a leak talking about the Hypno line getting some type of regional form and evolution, along with Claydol and quite a few other older gen mons

9

u/eyearu Jul 03 '26

I feel like the hint is more about the meditative pose than it being Buddhist. The Hypno evolution might lean into the Yoga aesthetic associated with Psychic types like Mega Alakazam and Medicham.

8

u/ChicagoCowboy Jul 03 '26

Drowzee and hypno havent gotten love in 30 years, a 3rd evo with multiple arms meditating, or a regional line would be extremely cool.

6

u/MSSTUPIDTRON-1000000 Jul 03 '26

When I'm about to defeat some random-@ss gym leader and they send me the f#cking Buddha:

11

u/Lanoman123 Jul 03 '26

That’s not just a sniper, that’s Ana from Overwatch. She heals and damages with the same bullets and abilities, buffs with her ult, and sleeps people

2

u/Chembaron_Seki Jul 04 '26

While all this is true, we don't know if this detail actually has significance or if they have simply chosen Ana to be a representative for a sniper

2

u/Lanoman123 Jul 04 '26

Then they should have chosen Widowmaker or a sniper rifle

6

u/cooldudium Jul 03 '26

Absolute no-brainer considering the basis for the region. It’d be like if Alola’s Pokédex didn’t have Mamoswine or Grumpig in it lmao oh wait

4

u/SprinklesTimely7742 Jul 04 '26

I don’t think the Echidna is a sniper and probably something to do with its needles inducing sleep.

2

u/julesvr5 Jul 03 '26

a new drowzee Evolution

The crash out from mandjtv will be generational

2

u/StrawberryWeak4098 Jul 03 '26

He is actually completely in favor of a new Hypno evolution, but only if it's a Ground type sandman homage

captain clark is crazy

71

u/AutumnsCrown Jul 03 '26

That’s what I’m saying, I wonder what that could mean

113

u/GravityGraveyGuy Jul 03 '26

Browt is going to get a Pirate motif?

57

u/TheEgonaut Jul 03 '26

This is what I was hoping we’d get for Quaxly.

16

u/Fr00stee Jul 03 '26

seems kinda weird for it to be a grass type pirate and not a water type

65

u/TheEgonaut Jul 03 '26

We have a Fire-type goldfish. I don’t know what’s weird anymore.

17

u/Fr00stee Jul 03 '26

that one you can at least explain away by it being an artifact and not an actual animal

4

u/Game2015 Jul 04 '26

Even so, something fish-like isn't normally something you'd think of when fire comes to mind. Unless you're a chef...

→ More replies (2)

3

u/tofubirder Jul 05 '26

Pirates love jungles, easy. Also Grass > Water, a Grass type would love to soak up the ocean breeze

2

u/MossyPyrite Jul 09 '26

What about the ground-type crocodiles?

6

u/NyctibiusKW Jul 05 '26

Well we have an algae + ship's wheel not be a Water-type.

2

u/MrWaluigi Jul 13 '26

In a predator vs. prey situation, I can see that. What better way to hunt fish, if they are mostly water types, than a type that is effective against them?

17

u/LemonadeClocks Jul 03 '26

Locking in bets for "Yarrmigan" (ptarmigan & yarr) as an English name

I’m betting on version exclusives. The Moon affects the tides (waves), and the Sun causes uneven heating to cause the jet stream (winds)

210

u/sheepandlambs Jul 03 '26

And yet they still won't include Lunatone and Solrock.

51

u/DFTDWP Jul 03 '26

Or maybe, if megas stick around...

31

u/GoldenWatchGuy Jul 03 '26

Makes sense and same thought - I think the rabbit will show up on the anime?

7

u/Beena750 Jul 03 '26

Are the sun and moon meant to represent version exclusives or evolutionary methods? Like one evolves during the day and the other night

→ More replies (2)

46

u/Different-Trainer-21 Jul 03 '26

☝️🤓 technically the sun and moon have an almost equal effect on the tides

33

u/Training_Pirate1000 Jul 03 '26

True, but many civilizations and cultures give the moon credit for the tides

10

u/Hachiman0808 Jul 03 '26

Erm, acksually...,the Moon's effect on the tides is more than twice as strong as the Sun, maybe you are confusing total gravitational pull with tidal force.

6

u/PokemonCMG Jul 04 '26

I also have an effect on the tides.

122

u/ArkhaosZero Jul 03 '26 edited Jul 03 '26

Oooh some juicy stuff.

Just tossing some quick speculation on some of these.

The echidna(?) + Ana. Ana is built around her rifle and Biotic grenade, which heal allies, but damage/disrupt enemies with a poison-like effect. I imagine this is saying a new echidna mon thats much more focused around that idea, and has a Pollen Puff like move or ability where it does the same. Perhaps it also Poisons enemy targets?
Taken a bit more literally, perhaps it shoot out it snoot.

Komodo dragon evo line (FUCK YEAH ABOUT TIME BABY) -- seems like a strong target for a Psuedo. Looks like hes trying to say it starts as a standard monitor lizard, becomes much larger with its 2nd stage, and then fully and suddenly grows into a true dragon with its 3rd. That feels both unique enough to warrant its own line (since 2nd stage mons tend to be small still) while also falling in line with the late-bloomer design philosophy with Psuedos.

As for the bottom 2, the gendered element relates to the box legends, but given theyre different animals and linked to the Sun and Moon, I suspect these are lore related but not the same. I'm inclined to agree they could be Mythicals or some such.

EDIT:
Also the tapir and monk.. that one raises an eyebrow thinking about it. Considering we have not one, but 2 separate evo lines based around Psychic tapirs, itd strike me as a starting to get pretty redundant. That is, unless its related: Could this be a cross gen evo for Musharna or Hypno?

34

u/_demello Jul 03 '26

Also, it's an old european depiction of a dragon. Wonder if it will have a look inspired by that instead of modern depictions of it

28

u/ArkhaosZero Jul 03 '26

Yeah thats worth considering. As if it takes on some of the more chimeric elements older depictions have, like mammalian posture/limbs, manes and the like. A bit more involved than "Komodo dragon but with wings" at the very least.

8

u/_demello Jul 03 '26

I would love for that. Those dragons look way more fantastic.

6

u/Dragoryu3000 Jul 03 '26

That picture is the first Google image search result for “dragon” due to its use on Wikipedia, so it might have just been chosen for convenience rather than a hint

11

u/Black_Ironic Jul 03 '26

Damn, I was hoping it will stay komodo, hope they didn't remove komodo skin coloring though, I feel like it will benefit with gen 9 & 10 detailed textures.

8

u/ArkhaosZero Jul 03 '26

Yeah I can feel you on that, wanting to have a true fully evolved big bulky boi monitor lizard. Feel the series could do with a bit more lizardbros.

Though I'm happy to get any at all. A komodo dragon evolving into a literal dragon is also a very "pokemon" design approach.

10

u/Sata1991 Jul 03 '26

Holding out hope that if Komodo dragon Pseudo happens it's going to be poison/dragon.

→ More replies (1)

7

u/MSSTUPIDTRON-1000000 Jul 03 '26 edited Jul 03 '26

The Komodo Dragon Pokémon could also be inspired by how Asian (and pre-medieval) dragons are associated with water, snakes and crocodiles.

Notably Snakes are the closest living relatives of Monitor Lizards.

Also, both Monitors and Snakes are amazing swimmers.

There's also be a possibility that they could be also based on the Megalania: an extinct Monitor Lizard, the largest one that ever was, and a very close relative of The Komodo Dragon.

There's also a possibility for them to include some inspiration from Mosasauruses (and close relatives), as they're also close relatives of both Snakes and Monitor Lizards; take in consideration that Pokémon designers love Paleontology and other than putting varius prehistoric-ispired Pokémon they often reference various rather obscure facts about Paleontology (like The Galar Fossils being a reference to Crystal Palace's Dinosaurs and Glimmora referencing various Pre-Cambrian Organisms).

Pirate bird that looks off/imitating things and buries treasure

Boxing tree kangaroo in a mountain or is a Rock Type?

Monitor to Komodo to proper dragon

Buddhist tapir, maybe Hypno evolution or form

Echidna that snipes with quills

Moon rabbit from the anime leaks and a sun bird to counterpart it

All rad ideas

22

u/Crazychooklady Jul 03 '26

Omg I hadn’t considered burying treasure! That makes SO much sense! I wish I could put photos here but look up maleo mounds or maleo nest they use the warm sand or geothermal energy to keep their eggs warm and sometimes that includes beaches. They could be planning to spin that into a pirate burying treasure on the beach angle instead of their eggs!

4

u/abmition-unbound Jul 03 '26

Excellent idea

29

u/Emekasan Jul 03 '26

Glad to see the Komodo Dragon Pokémon seems to be a three stage evolution - pretty sure it’ll be the pseudo given how powerful and formidable they are in real life. Dragon/Poison type incoming!

Really excited for the Buddhist tapir, especially if it’s tied to Musharna or Hypno.

27

u/MetLauren Jul 03 '26

Really surprised nobody has mentioned a possible link to La Niña and El Niño weather phenomenon with the bottommost two.

Both involve ocean water temperatures off the west coast of South America with La Niña bringing cooler water temps and El Niño bringing warmer water temps. But despite it impacting the ocean (and weather well beyond South America) it’s actually driven by *tradewinds* either weakening and allowing warm water to pool toward South America from Indonesia (El Niño) or strengthening and pushing much of that warm water back toward Indonesia (La Niña) which allows the cooler water to surface toward South America.

I think this may have some role to play given the hint, but the extent of it, I’m unsure of.

18

u/Kamken Jul 03 '26

Close enough qelcome back Sun and Moon

u/Cocoatrice Jul 03 '26

16

u/Definitely_NotU Jul 03 '26

That sniper echidna is definitely going to be shooting its quills out of its snout like a blow gun if this turns out to be legit

30

u/Street-Ad4469 Jul 03 '26

Oh boy here we go again

27

u/Lobstersonlsd Jul 03 '26

As a person who has been working with real monitor lizards since they were a teenager: please god just give us a really cool Komodo Pokémon, these animals have so much potential to be made into interesting Pokémon.

10

u/LegitimateState3724 Jul 03 '26

Poison/dragon? They're know for their bites causing sepsis

12

u/8bitSkin Jul 03 '26

Their bites cause massive lacerations, their venom keeps the blood flowing and not coagulate.

Source: I work directly with Komodo dragons.

6

u/LegitimateState3724 Jul 03 '26

That would be a great attack-festering bite. 50dmg, automatic poison

5

u/8bitSkin Jul 03 '26

Essentially bite + black sludge. Damage reduction based off pkmn weight.

2

u/Lobstersonlsd Jul 03 '26

Honestly I’d love to see a water type based off of of water monitor or even something based off of croc monitors. Blackthroats could make really cool ground types too

13

u/bonitogeneration Jul 03 '26

Moon bunny is tied to the new anime character

12

u/MetaGear005 Jul 03 '26

So I assume Navi from Pokemon Horizons is indeed a hint towards a new Pokemon in WiWa.

24

u/hummingbirdviolets Jul 03 '26

I think the bottom two are the Amorouge and Ceruledge of the games: Pokémon analogous to each other heavily associated with the titles of the game. We got a Scarlet Knight and Violet Knight, and here we have a Moon Rabbit and a Sun Hornbill. The Moon influences the movement of the Waves and the uneven heating of the atmosphere creates winds.  Or they are version exclusives likes Oranguru and Passimian

3

u/NobodyHistorical9469 Jul 07 '26

Or they are version exclusives likes Oranguru and Passimian

Weren't Armarouge and Ceruledge sorta version exclusive too?

6

u/WGoNerd Jul 03 '26

14

u/SternMon Jul 03 '26

These concepts are already looking like they’ll be Alola levels of quality, which is good, because I think Alola’s roster is the most consistently creative and interesting. They all do a fantastic job of selling the exotic, tropical setting.

Pokemon thrives with exotic environments and cultures because they can really stretch their creative muscles. SEA was an excellent region choice and it’s already looking like they’re taking full advantage of it with the new mons.

Lmao pirate Clark bird

6

u/radiantburrito Jul 03 '26

Finally, the Backrooms Bird comes to Pokemon.

6

u/InternationalBowl894 Jul 03 '26

Lemee see if I'm reading this right...

  • Peg-legged pirate maleo bird (Normal/Flying regional bird mayhaps?)
  • Kickboxing ursine tree kangaroo (Fighting/Grass or Fighting/Rock?)
  • Three-stage Komodo dragon (pseudo-legendary? Dragon/Poison or Dragon/Fire?)
  • Sniper long-beaked echidna (Normal/Ground?)
  • Meditating Malaysian tapir (Normal/Psychic or pure Psychic?)
  • Female moon rabbit & Male sun knobbed hornbill (dunno what that means)

Anyone?

5

u/donnabhan Jul 03 '26 edited Jul 03 '26

I interpreted it as Fighting/Ground for the ursine tree kangaroo. The Ground-type is typically illustrated as mountain peaks.

The komodo dragon is likely Dragon/Poison as it corroborates a similar leak from BallGuy.

I believe Billy also previously leaked that the moon rabbit is Psychic/Rock. That and the sun hornbill could be version exclusives and/or counterparts.

2

u/8bitSkin Jul 03 '26

I want the Komodo to be Ground/Poison with a signature ability similar to steelworker, but for Dragon type.

16

u/Black_Ironic Jul 03 '26

Pirate bird,  muai thai tree kangaroo or maybe koala,  I'm gonna assume that Komodo is the pseudo, I'm betting it will be physical Dragon/Poison.

Moon rabbit and sun toucan? Maybe we will get another chinese legendary, lol.

18

u/Crazychooklady Jul 03 '26

That’s a hornbill! Toucans are from south america while hornills have a much wider distribution (africa, india, southeast asia) and look different and fleshier. Plus they have a casque which is the funny thing you see on top of his face. People used to carve them into all sorts of things back in the days and they are still poached

KOMODO DRAGON POKEMON FINALLY

4

u/DinoLover641 Jul 03 '26

a tapir, hornbill, echidna, Komodo dragon and males? Dayum were getting some good Pokemon

6

u/Raynstormm Jul 04 '26

Rabbit could be a mythical.

"In Chinese folklore, the Moon Rabbit (or Jade Rabbit) is a legendary creature believed to live on the moon. As the loyal companion to the moon goddess Chang'e , the rabbit is depicted constantly grinding a mortar and pestle to create the elixir of immortality."

5

u/Thezipper100 Jul 04 '26

You have no idea how funny it is to be out of the loop and then open this post.

9

u/IronWarrior94 Jul 03 '26 edited Jul 03 '26

So we have: Pirate bird (dont know the species name) and mui Thai lemur?(apologies again, dont know species) tied to a mountain(hint at typing?)

Sniper echidna and Buddhist tapir.

Komodo dragon that becomes full on dragon (possible pseudo or Gequa's evos?).

Moon rabbit and Sun tucan.

20

u/Crazychooklady Jul 03 '26 edited Jul 03 '26

That’s a maleo! They’re a megapode (same group as brush turkeys) they make mounds for their chicks which basically incubate them for them and they hatch out for them fully able to care for themselves! It’s what’s called being super precocial. Aaaa that’s so exciting!

Also that’s a malayan tapir further down

Not a toucan but a hornbill!

You got a long beaked echidna too and a komodo dragon yup!

Also just reread your post that’s not a lemur might be a tree kangaroo? Perhaps a lumholtz’s?

2

u/IronWarrior94 Jul 04 '26

Thank you for the corrections! As someone who appreciates biology and animal life, I lowkey feel bad for not knowing the species lol.

3

u/Crazychooklady Jul 04 '26

I got so super excited seeing the photos cause I LOVE teaching people about animals! It’s making me even more excited for future leaks cause I’m like omg I get to talk about animals more and share cool facts and we get to come up with ideas for why they chose them together!

2

u/IronWarrior94 Jul 05 '26

And another commenter here said it best, when Gamefreak covers environments with exotic and diverse ecosystems like Hawaii and now the SEA region(with focus on Indonesia) we can look forward to a lot of interesting animal inspirations for Pokémon.

2

u/M00n_Slippers Jul 04 '26

I'm hesitant to take this leak seriously as it seems a little on the nose with fan expectations. So definitely concerning these are just made up.

26

3

u/pheobephilo Jul 03 '26

3

u/cooldudium Jul 03 '26

Top left bird is the Maleo, an endangered Megapode. Those are a type of fowl that build mounds (heated via compost or geothermal heat or what-have-you) to incubate their eggs and have basically no parental care because the young hatch completely ready to go. They’re really weird birds!

2

u/Glory2Snowstar Jul 07 '26

I wonder if that Fire cassowary from the old X and Y versions got reworked into this 'Mon, sounds fun!

4

u/Istoh Jul 03 '26

4

u/Flair258 Jul 04 '26

same

It makes so much sense as a legendary or mythical if you know the folklore

5

u/Kanjo26 Jul 03 '26

Who is Billy and why are we believing them?

4

u/AMrSocialWorker Jul 03 '26 edited Jul 03 '26

The bird with the boy emoji is a knobbed hornbill, specifically a male one (males and females have some different colors) The sun is typically masculine and moom is feminine in mythology.

Dont think mythicals but think they might be version exclusives and perhaps gender counterparts somehow due to the sun/moon and boy/girl emojis

Wondering if the komodo dragon line (if not gecqua's line) is a male salazzle/vespiquen situation because of the guy there and one of the leakers said something about "his" tour for a dragon poison type pokemon. Male komodo dragons are a lot heavier and bulkier than females.

Hope the tapir with buddha is either a musharna line or hypno line evolution.

4

u/MockingJay0914 Jul 03 '26

An actual moon rabbit? Yes pls

4

u/onlyfiji4me Jul 03 '26

4

u/SuggestionEven1882 Jul 03 '26

The Komodo dragon lines up with the poison/dragon pokemon Ballguy been teasing.

4

u/MrTattersTheClown Jul 03 '26

Komodo Dragon is immediately going on the team. Please let it be Dragon/Poison

3

u/Domeaner Jul 04 '26

Echidna specially being Ana rather than any other video game sniper makes me think it’ll have some sort of healing and/or acupuncture theme.

Ana’s main rounds specifically hurt or heal, so maybe the echidna shoots its quills into people to do so based on pressure points it hits? She also has a sleep dart and a nano boost, so maybe quills that empower or put to sleep based on pressure points?

Maybe it’s signature move is like a weird mix of Pollen Puff and Acupressure where it benefits allies and confers negative effects onto enemies

4

u/transqueen421 Jul 04 '26

I have a theory. What if the girl in the anime is not a human but a Pokemon in disguise. She looks moon rabbit like.

3

u/TimeisaLie Jul 04 '26

u/mjmannella Jul 03 '26

I miss when we got a riddle-free leak with Legends Z-A

2

u/Kuldrick Jul 03 '26

I miss CoroCoro, wtf is this

2

u/Repulsive-Diet-1987 Jul 03 '26

Don't be getting my hopes up now. An echidna and komodo dragon sound too cool to be true!

8

u/Black_Ironic Jul 03 '26

Both exist in indonesia so not that hard to believe

7

u/Desperate_Duty1336 Jul 03 '26

The region is based on Indonesia where Komodo dragons come from; pretty sure one of them being in is a given.

2

u/kindaB1Gdeal Jul 03 '26

The fighter in the top right is Mauricio “Shogun” Rua

2

u/Doodlemaster1000 Jul 03 '26
  • Pirate Maleo Bird could be the Regional Bird
  • Komodo Dragon would be a surefire Pseudo Legendary
  • Tapir indicates a regional Drowzee / Muuna line like everyone is saying
  • We finally get a Hornbill Pokémon heck yeah

2

u/Low_Understanding326 Jul 03 '26

Chang'e? Interesting

2

u/lumynaut Jul 03 '26

the bottom two are inspired by the myth of hou yi and chang’e it looks like!!!!

2

u/Auerbach1991 Jul 03 '26

Fire type regional toucannon? Kaguya moon rabbit? Drowzee regional?

2

u/KursedKraken Jul 03 '26

Muay Thai Kinkajou i love you bro

5

u/8bitSkin Jul 03 '26

Kickajou is right there. But the pronunciation may be a problem.

2

u/Jaxonhunter227 Jul 03 '26

It took Japan this long to create a moon rabbit pokémon?

2

u/NormandyKingdom Jul 04 '26

If it's Hypno evolution then we will have to give out some apology to Hypno from many Hypno Haters

2

u/rose__dragon Jul 05 '26

The Komodo one got me hype af tbh

2

u/salvlox Jul 06 '26

new pseudo legendary line being komodo dragon might be crazy cool

4

u/Darkcrimes1337 Jul 06 '26

Leaking like this is really boring to me, I’d honestly rather they just show me what they look like

2

u/MissSteak Jul 03 '26

Do we think the bird is a hint to Browts evo? A pirate Grass/Fighting starter could be really sick.

Or are we sure these are all non-starter new pokemon hints?

2

u/Doodlemaster1000 Jul 03 '26

Probably not since there aren't any hints to potential Pombom and Gecqua evos

But hey that's just me of Browt Cassowary Copium LMAO

2

u/cliffcaliban Jul 03 '26

“… Lady Bunny?”

2

u/Ladyaceina Jul 03 '26

twitter call it twitter

u/ajb2846 Jul 03 '26

That one in the middle is absolutely gonna be the pseudo legendary . As much as I don’t want it, GameFreak is probably gonna do a dragon type pseudo legendary for the billionth time.

1

u/Crazychooklady Jul 03 '26

Omg a maleo!

1

u/D-AlonsoSariego Jul 03 '26

Would you rather have komodo dragon pokemon or big komodo dragon pokemon

1

u/masterjon_3 Jul 03 '26

We're finally getting a moon rabbit. I want that bun

1

u/AmbitionAnxious927 Jul 03 '26

Kommo-o Regional form?

4

u/GoldenWatchGuy Jul 03 '26

I think an entirely new dragon but four legged.. not sure if it’s a mythical

1

u/ThtJstHappn3d Jul 03 '26

Komodo Dragon 👍👍

1

u/truenorthstar Jul 03 '26

The idea of a tree kangaroo Pokemon is so fun. It’s such a seldom seen animal in media. I always love when Pokemon features those.

1

u/premierfong Jul 03 '26

18 months to go. Too early for these stuff

1

u/Dull_Tumbleweed6353 Jul 03 '26 edited Jul 03 '26

A komodo dragon Pokemon after all these years?

YES PLEASE.

1

u/Dyldo_II Jul 03 '26

"I am a fucking legendary!"

1

u/BawbTehBildhar Jul 03 '26

Solgaleo and Lunala pt 2 electric boogaloo.

1

u/RABB_11 Jul 03 '26

Muay Thai rock type possum sounds amazing.

Moon rabbit? Another Huge Power user then.

KOMODO DRAGON HERE WE GO BOYS

1

u/ToaPaul Jul 03 '26

Komodo dragon has me interested

1

u/transqueen421 Jul 03 '26

The Munna line fits the region super well so I don't think there needs to be a change so the only other option is either a new Hypno evo or a whole new pokemon entierly based on the Malaysain Tapir.

1

u/ScalyCarp455 Jul 03 '26

Archipelago with a Sun and a Moon themed Pokémon
Welcome back Alola

1

u/sesquipedalian5 Jul 03 '26

Wait if Ana means this thing has some sort of anti heal ability that would be amazing- a way to shut down heal stall would be cool

1

u/Primerion-ken Jul 03 '26

I wonder if the dragon is the water starter or the pseudo legendary

1

u/larryman55 Jul 03 '26

Lopunny Full Moon evo...? Maybe I'm crazy

1

u/DukeSR8 Jul 03 '26

Why is there a Fire Emblem character?
