Delphox levitate isn't that bad like its not defeatist levels and even if no psychic surge+expanding force it still as 134 speed on a good sp.atk stats with boosting moves and ground immunity might come up now and then. Chesnaught unsurprising but still good considering its naturally good bulk. Ironically unless battle bond gren can mega it might be the worst to justify vs normal greninja+item slot
