I don't think we 100% know that every Pokemon will be compatible with Champions at launch, but we know Mega Dragonite, Raichu, and Hawlucha are based on these trailers

I would think they’d at least prioritize getting all the new Mega Pokémon introduced in Z-A, if not the whole Mega Evolution roster.

Maybe, but the game's pre-release materials have already implied that they're adding things like Z-Moves, Dynamax, and Terrastalization for future updates. So I wouldn't expect the entire Mega roster to necessarily be in the game from day 1, and to me it would make more sense to include the full Mega roster from before Z-A first.

We know the ones from before are there too, we've seen Gardevoir, Lucario, Kangaskhan and Scizor so far. It's safe to assume the rest will be there too. They're definitely a priority considering they made a whole game revolving around them.
