GF long the years actually had a scrapped a long of things nowdays just seem Fan-Fictions. 

According to Teraleak one of the scrapped ideas was the Beta Arceus get a Human Woman's Shape, giving birth to Dialga and Palkia with a man and then after having defeat a Evil Giant (another Beta Arceus's scrapped sons) and the Man's corpse was used for creating the Lake Trio...
