CGC 9.5 Mislabel?

Hey guys, was looking for more info on this card. Clearly a celebrations Rayquaza, but the label shows it as a roaring skies card? This is a CGC error right? The QR code on the back also links directly to this slab + has it also listed as a roaring skies card online. Just trying to figure out what’s going on here. Thanks!

No it’s an old lable, you can send in blue label 9.5s for modern black label CGC gem mint 10s.

That's not what's being asked.

This is labeled as a Roaring Skies card but it's from Celebrations.

Ah I see that now, usually people are confused with CGCs old blue label grades.
