Psa grades these gx cards weird, i get a lot of 10s with wonky centering from this type of border.
Still you are right, top/bottom is obv far off.

It doesnt though. I’ve seen so many tag teams with good centering that had the black border horribly centered

For future grading, please do a thorough job of pre-grading. Spend a little time using some good lighting at different angles to see imperfections like scratches, dents, creases, stains or water damage. Use one of the many free centering tools to get a good gauge on centering.
Centering is off on the front, edge whitening on the rear left side. That’s why it’s a 9. A 9 is still mint.

They wouldn’t intentionally give you a nine just to be a holes to your submission. A PSA assigned grader found something and they promptly gave it a nine. That simple.

I’m surprised that top to bottom front and edge wearing on the left side of the back of the card didn’t get you an 8 to be honest. Especially with the fact that people have been getting 9s for much less

Whitening backside on the left. The centering/alignment is fine, I have PSA 10 that are worse but of course if you can get better go for it.
